| BIOINFORMATICS
Introduction
Leiden University and Delft University of Technology jointly introduce a new master track in Bioinformatics. At Leiden University Bioinformatics belongs to the MSc Computer Science. At Delft University of Technology Bioinformatics is a track of the MSc Media & Knowledge Engineering. Within both master programs the high profile subjects are combined. The focus of this new track will be on Data Analysis and Modeling. Students will take courses in both Leiden and Delft.
Co-operating partners
The Bioinformatics track is organized by the Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science (LIACS) at Leiden University and the faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science (EEMCS) of Delft University of Technology (DUT) in close co-operation with three of the four centers of excellence of the Nationaal Regie Orgaan Genomics:

- Kluyver Centre for Genomics of Industrial Fermentation
- Cancer Genomics Consortium
